A midst the Angst..

Twas a peaceful yet powerful protest, if you ask me. I haven’t been to a single rally or protest growing up despite both of my sisters being UPians and  them being part of every single rally when they were young (and free haha). I remember one time my mom brought home a news paper with my sister’s face on one of the pictures, she was lying on the ground raising her right fist—I forgot what she was fighting for though..hmm..

Anyway! To be honest, this is the first rally I joined. Ever. I’d like to know what I’m fighting for and not to join just for the sake of joining.

A midst the angst, there is still something beautiful to be discovered. Of course the gathering of people all fighting for the same cause is also one thing :)

colorful head gears :)

Black and yellow- easy to spot :)

Purple Punk!

so much color..I love how he carried those pine tree saplings in an SM plastic bag.

Miss Julienne Fortunato :)

Spotted this little thing on the gorund so i picked it up, gave it to Sir Kurt and dared him to give it to one of the SM security guards. He said, ”ano to parang EDSA lang”? HAHA. He couldn’t do it though, boo! haha!

Such a beautiful thing :)

My friend Ram. His shirt says: “Hey SM! Leave those trees alone!- Pink Floyd”. noice!

One of the protesters and his super vintage camera * jealous me*

tattooed Bongo guy from Manila.

SM security guard approaches one of the protesters. *tension?*

Even people who zoomed by either raised a fist or honked their horn. powerful.

I’m pretty sure the dog is on our side.

Beautiful :)
